I can't stress enough how wonderful these people are. Carolina personally helped me select a ring months before I even needed one and stayed with me through the whole process. Then, when horror of horrors happened and the ring didn't fit, she helped me figure out exactly what size to reorder and how to measure and double check to ensure the new one would fit. I had my fiance sized at the jewelers and everything and it still was the wrong size, so I definitely recommend using their sizer and communicating on how you'd like the ring to fit because even though the jewelers sizer fit, they didn't explain that different widths of rings will fit different and Carolina knew exactly how to make sure we got it right the second time. And get it right we did. The ring is perfect. It's so unique and elegant and so him. I got engraving and it was done perfectly. I'm so happy with how it turned out and the customer service is second to none. You will not regret any purchase from these guys.
