Exchanges

Ensuring the perfect fit for your ring is our top priority.
If your initial choice isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange by contacting us at hello@loretorings.com or via WhatsApp at +1 202 773 3646.

All non-custom and non-precious metal rings are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Rings must be returned in new, unworn condition, with no signs of wear or micro-scratches.
Due to the techniques and materials we use, rings cannot be resized once finished.
We can happily make a new ring in the correct size for 30% of the ring’s value + shipping cost.
Exchanges follow our standard production timeline of approximately 2 weeks.
Rush exchanges may be available for an additional fee—contact us for details.

We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing guide and using our sizing kit to avoid sizing-related exchanges.

Returns

Sometimes things don’t work out, and we completely understand. If you wish to return your ring, please contact us at hello@loretorings.com within 30 days of delivery.

Before requesting a return, please consider the following:

Engraved rings cannot be returned.
Rings containing gold or precious metals are not eligible for returns or refunds.
All non-defective returns of standard rings are subject to a 30% restocking fee (see details below).
Rings must be sent back in new, unworn condition.
Any wear, micro-scratches, or missing packaging will incur an additional refurbishing fee.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fee

Every Loreto ring is made especially for you.
Since our pieces are handcrafted and created to order, a 30% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

This fee helps us cover the materials, artisan labor, and the logistics involved in making and processing your ring.
Thank you for understanding and for supporting small-scale craftsmanship.

Important Note

Rings that include Damascus steel are eligible only for exchange, not return, due to the complexity of the material and the handcrafted processes involved.
