Materials

The materials we use are carefully curated and, in some cases, created by ourselves, however it is important to clarify that for all materials with textures it is impossible to reproduce exactly the same texture in all of them.

In the case of rings that are made with wood and/or Damascus and/or concrete and/or carbon fiber in any of their versions and / or combinations, the final texture/s of your ring will be similar to the one of the photos of each publication but it will not be exactly the same.

Payments

We accept payment through PayPal, to use PayPal just follow the links as you are completing your transaction. You can use PayPal to pay with your debit card or credit card.

You may select the size and width of the item you need, please include any other specifications, in the "note to seller" when you place your order.

Please contact us if you are having any problems with the payment process, we may be able to help you complete it.

Shipping

We ship worldwide through DHL / FedEx. Delivery time depends on each country. We are not responsible for delays. Insurance is not included in the price. In case you want your shipment to be insured, please let us know. IMPORTANT: We do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs

US and Canada: 2-4 business days.

Europe: 4-6 business days.

Everywhere else: between 4 and 7 business days.

Custom and personalized orders

We love a good challenge so, please, if you want a custom model, just let us know and we will try to provide you with a customized solution.

Rush orders

Our turnaround time typically ranges from 2 weeks. If you need an order sooner, we will gladly expedite your order for a rush fee and additional shipping. Please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm our timeline and create a custom listing that includes the total.

Sizing details

Loreto rings are made to order in the size and width that you choose. We use standard US ring sizes in whole, half and quarter sizes. We can convert any international size.

It is very important to be sized with a band that is the same width as the band you plan to order. We suggest visiting at least two local jewelers and first deciding the width you prefer, and confirming your size in a ring of that width. Fingers are very unique! We offer a range of widths for this reason, what looks and feels right on your hand is a personal preference, independent of size.

Engraving

Engraving is in capital letters, with a maximum of 20 characters, including spaces. It costs $19 per ring.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges

Ensuring the perfect fit for your ring is our top priority.
If your initial choice isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange by contacting us at hello@loretorings.com or via WhatsApp at +1 202 773 3646.

All non-custom and non-precious metal rings are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Rings must be returned in new, unworn condition, with no signs of wear or micro-scratches.
Due to the techniques and materials we use, rings cannot be resized once finished.
We can happily make a new ring in the correct size for 30% of the ring’s value + shipping cost.
Exchanges follow our standard production timeline of approximately 2 weeks.
Rush exchanges may be available for an additional fee—contact us for details.

We strongly recommend reviewing our sizing guide and using our sizing kit to avoid sizing-related exchanges.

Returns

Sometimes things don’t work out, and we completely understand. If you wish to return your ring, please contact us at hello@loretorings.com within 30 days of delivery.

Before requesting a return, please consider the following:

Engraved rings cannot be returned.
Rings containing gold or precious metals are not eligible for returns or refunds.
All non-defective returns of standard rings are subject to a 30% restocking fee (see details below).
Rings must be sent back in new, unworn condition.
Any wear, micro-scratches, or missing packaging will incur an additional refurbishing fee.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fee

Every Loreto ring is made especially for you.
Since our pieces are handcrafted and created to order, a 30% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

This fee helps us cover the materials, artisan labor, and the logistics involved in making and processing your ring.
Thank you for understanding and for supporting small-scale craftsmanship.

Important Note

Rings that include Damascus steel are eligible only for exchange, not return, due to the complexity of the material and the handcrafted processes involved.

-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Loreto rings are made to be worn for a lifetime. To maximize the look and durability of your ring we suggest:

Avoid prolonged contact with water. Regular hand washing is not a problem.
Avoid chlorine and salt water; remove your ring for swimming in either. Avoid harsh chemicals like acetone.
Remove your ring for heavy work where it could be smashed or scratched or hung.

All of our rings come with SIX (6) MONTHS guarantee of workmanship, finish, and other defects.

-CUSTOM/ PERSONALIZED ORDERS

We will gladly modify, personalize or customize a ring design. Contact us with your idea, the design and materials you have in mind, size and width.
