Exchange

Ensuring the perfect fit for your wedding ring is our top priority. If your initial choice isn't quite right, initiate an exchange by contacting our team at hello@loretorings.com or via WhatsApp at +1 202 773 3646. All non-custom, non-precious metal rings are exchangeable within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unworn condition.

Because of the techniques and materials we employed, rings cannot be adjusted after finished. We will happily exchange rings for different sizes for 35% of the value of the ring + shipping cost. Please read all of our information about sizing carefully to prevent re-sizing.

Exchanges are subject to our regular timeline of approximately 2 weeks. RUSH EXCHANGES may be arranged for an additional rush fee; please contact us for details.

Return

Sometimes things don't work out, and we understand. If you wish to return your ring, initiate the process by contacting us at hello@loretorings.com. Here are a few details to consider:

  • Engraved rings cannot be returned.
  • Custom rings and precious metal rings are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The ring must be in new condition; any wear and tear observed during inspection will incur a refurbishing fee deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving the returned ring.
